Can I use a Mastersteak BBQ Cooking Class Gift Card or Restaurant Gift Card towards a seat for this class?
Absolutely! Give us a call on Ph 3391 5022 with your voucher number. She will check the value of your gift card and you can pay the balance over the phone via credit card.
I have food allergies/intolerances, can I safely enjoy this class?
We want to make sure our guests are safe, please discuss your allergies or intolerances before booking your seat.
Can I cancel my seat once purchased and get a full refund?
The Mastersteak Cooking Class is an intimate affair, only 18 spaces are available, but we understand emergencies can pop up resulting in plans being cancelled.
Cancellations made before the 25th August 2023 will receive a full refund, however, cancellations after the 25th August 2023 will be offered a Norman Hotel Gift Card to the same value with a 1-year expiry to use at a later time.
