Last year the Crafty Cuts Tongue to Tail lunch proved such a hit, the Norman Team is taking the event to new heights welcoming Australian ‘Lambassador’ and former Aussie rules football player Sam Kekovich as MC.
A unique lunch event encompassing a live-butchery demonstration, from Aussie Beef and an explanation of the cuts with specialist Butcher Doug Piper from the Meat & Livestock Australia, Sam is in great company.
The Norman’s own Executive Chef Frank Correnti is in the process of finalising his innovative lunch menu, but if last years menu is anything to go by, then you’re in for a real treat. Each of the four courses will be paired with brews from Panhead & Brooklyn, with direction taken from Matt Kirkegaard from BeerMatt.
