Boilermaker Dinner | Three Premium Bourbons, Three Delicious Courses and tasty little Feral Brews.
The Norman Hotel team is pretty excited about our upcoming Boilermaker Dinner, it’s hard not to be. Hosted during our Birthday Week, this year celebrating 130 fabulous years, we’ve invited three premium Bourbon makers and an Australian brewer that has more silverware than the queen. Coupled with a 3-course meal curated by Executive Chef Frank Correnti, the Norman Hotel Boilermaker Dinner is one for your calendar.
The Bourbons
Makers Mark
A unique and full-flavoured handmade Bourbon, made using the old-style sour-mash method and sealed with its iconic red wax.
Knob Creek
Aged in white oak barrels with maximum char, resulting in an unmistakable richness and signature sweetness, there is no faking this full bourbon flavour.
Bowmore
The oldest distillery on Islay and the second oldest in Scotland, dating back officially to 1779. An integral part of any whisky collection, their bottling, especially the rarer ones, are truly one of a kind.
The Beer
Feral Brewing Co
Driven by a deep respect for traditional brewing methods, the team at Feral Brewing certainly make a strong claim to be defined as one of Australia’s best brewers and have the silverware to back that claim.
