Norman’s own Executive Chef Frank Correnti has been invited to take guests on a culinary journey through five specially designed courses showcasing JBS Australia’s award-winning beef paired with award-winning beverages.
The Menu is sourced directly from the 2021 winners of the prestigious Royal Queensland Food and Wine Show (RQFWS).
