Mastersteak BBQ Cooking Classes Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness and minimise waste and enable rostering.

Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation Notice:

If you need to cancel your attendance, we kindly request that you provide us with written notice of cancellation no later than five (5) days in advance. This notice should be sent to functions@nhpg.com.au.

Transfer of Reservation:

If you are unable to attend a cooking class, and provide us with a cancellation notice of at least 5 days in advance, we can offer the option to transfer your reservation to another available class. To view available classes, visit https://normanhotel.com.au/mastersteak-cooking-class-calandar/.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

Cancellations made less than five (5) days before the scheduled cooking class or no-shows on the day of the class will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but the short notice does not allow us to fill the vacated spot, resulting in wastage of ingredients and resources.

Refunds:

Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations or vouchers. If you are unable to attend a class you are welcome to pass this on to another person to attend in your place.

We highly recommend that you carefully consider your availability before making a reservation to avoid any inconvenience or financial loss.
