Mastersteak BBQ Cooking Class Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our guests while maintaining a quality experience for everyone. Our cancellation policy is designed to minimise waste and enable us to manage our cooking classes.
Please take a moment to read through this policy before making a reservation.
Cancellation Notice:
If you need to cancel your attendance, we kindly request that you let us know in writing at least five (5) days before your scheduled class. Please send your notice to functions@nhpg.com.au. We appreciate your understanding that phone or voicemail cancellations cannot be accepted.
Transfer of Reservation:
If you are unable to attend your booked cooking class and provide us with a cancellation notice of 5 days or more, you will have the option to transfer to an available class. To view available cooking classes, visit https://normanhotel.com.au/mastersteak-cooking-class-calandar/.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than five (5) days notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer to another class. We understand unexpected situations can arise, and we’re happy to discuss your position on a case-by-case basis, please email your circumstance to functions@nhpg.com.au when requesting your cancellation for consideration. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however short notice does not allow us to fill the vacated spot, resulting in a waste of ingredients, resources and financial loss.
No-shows to the cooking class will not be eligible to transfer to another class and the voucher will be automatically cancelled.
Refunds:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations of classes or vouchers. If you are unable to attend a class or have changed your mind, you are welcome to pass your voucher on to another person to enjoy in your place or use the credit towards a restaurant meal.
We highly recommend that you carefully consider your availability before making a reservation to avoid any inconvenience or financial loss.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain the quality of our cooking classes and minimize waste.
