Do Norman Gift Cards expire?
They expire 36 months from the date of issue.
What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen
Treat these guys like cash. Unfortunately lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
What can I use my Gift Card for?
You can use your gift card towards any food or drink purchases at our venue as well as our Mastersteak BBQ Cooking Classes, Steak-Away BBQ Packs or purchase a seat at one of our many inhouse lunch and dinner events.
How does my friend receive their gift card?
It’s your choice! You can opt for a Physical Gift Card, which will be dispatched through Australia Post. Alternatively, if you prefer an online option, we can send it directly to their inbox if you provide their email address. Alternatively, we can email it to you for printing or forwarding at your convenience
How many times can I use my gift card?
You can use your gift card however many times it takes until the balance reaches zero… and then you can top it up again if you like.
